Multi-family equipment finance
Explore lease-to-own financing with Vista Services for your next multi-family equipment project.
Specify and finance together
One conversation.
Builders, developers and HVAC contractors can discuss equipment specification and financing at the same time.
Approved project costs can be spread over a set term. A large upfront equipment spend does not have to be the only route.
We help you match the equipment to the building. Vista Services reviews the financing.
The term

The proposed Vista lease-to-own programme runs for 12 years (144 months).
Your project proposal sets out monthly payments, taxes, approved equipment and the installation scope before you sign.
Financing, equipment eligibility, pricing and coverage are subject to Vista approval and the final agreement.
